I’m Porsche — a creator, producer, and storyteller working across the page, the screen, and the culture.
I’ve written, produced, and hosted a television series, created award-winning digital scripted work, published books, and partnered with global brands to bring stories of identity and representation to life. My work always returns to what’s important to me: helping people feel seen.
I got my start in media and culture working across corporate and creative spaces — from VH1 and Heart & Soul Magazine to digital studios and independent projects. I’ve created and starred in scripted series (including Hungry, produced by All Def Digital), hosted the television show New Soul Kitchen on TV One, and worked on cultural storytelling projects like the Webby-honored scripted series Put You On for Nike and The SpringHill Company.
I’m currently in development on scripted film and television projects, working as a creative producer to build original IP that centers culturally specific stories with broad commercial appeal.
My first children’s book, Twins, But Different, published by Penguin Random House, is inspired by my twin boys and the multicultural world they’re growing up in. It’s the beginning of a series that explores identity, belonging, and the small moments that shape our families. I visit schools and libraries to read with students and speak about creativity, representation, and finding your voice.
Across everything I make, I’m interested in the same question: How can a story help someone feel more seen?
I live in Los Angeles with my sons, August and Berlin, who played Baby Devante on the hit ABC series Black-ish.
