Years ago, I had a New Year’s resolution. It was to read more. While I have never considered myself an avid reader (my eyes get super sleepy when I read, and I sometimes struggle to ingest words visually), I have been very consistent in this promise to myself over the years, thanks to Audible. Not an ad. I get through about a book a month and have done so for the past four years. I find that if I am in the car and listening to music, it feels like not the most productive use of my time. So I mostly listen to books in the car.
I’ve started to have this same feeling when I’m in the car with my boys. While we love to jam out to a great sing-a-long now and then, sometimes the energy is more chill. And since the contents of most of my audible listening are typically not kid-appropriate, I’ve turned to kid podcasts for our daily commutes. Here are some of our favorite podcasts for kids.
